The Providence Health Care Laboratory is committed to supporting clinical trials and institutional research approved by PHC Research Institute (PHCRI).

Researchers should submit the following to the laboratory Research Coordinator, Azarm Akhavien, AAkhavien1@providencehealth.bc.ca, 604-682-2344 ext 63665.

• Completed form:
  • Request for General Laboratory Services, or
  • Request for Anatomic Pathology Laboratory Services, or
  • Request for Data Release
• Investigator's protocol or short summary
• Lab manual or pertinent lab procedures if available
• Ethics certificate
