St. Paul's Hospital Transfusion Medicine Recognized for Utilization Management Initiatives

The Provincial Blood Coordinating Office (PBCO) has recognized Providence Health Care's contribution to red cell and factor product redistribution and ultilization management intitiatives in 2018/2019 and 2019/2020.

PBCO has recognized St. Paul's Hospital with the following awards:

• Outstanding participation as a red cell receiving site
• Recognition for the highest red cell volume receiving site in B.C.
• Outstanding participation as a receiving site for factor products
