St. Paul's Hospital outpatient laboratory satisfaction survey

SPH Outpatient Laboratory patients are satisfied with service and staff in recent survey.

The professionalism and skill of the SPH Outpatient Laboratory staff are reflected in the outstanding results of the recent patient satisfaction survey. 73 random patients were interviewed immediately following their phlebotomy procedure in December. The results show more than 90% of patients are satisfied with their experience in a variety of categories. 100% of patients surveyed are satisfied with the phlebotomy procedure itself, many reporting it to be nearly painless and highlighting the skill and speed of the staff members. All of the staff are to be commended for making the patient experience as positive as possible. There is still room for improvement so recommendations from the survey will be implemented in the coming months.
