Recent Invited Lectures – April 2016

On April 7, Dr. Mari DeMarco, Division of Clinical Chemistry, gave an invited presentation at the Mayo Clinic entitled "Alzheimer’s disease biomarkers: A mass spec solution to a sticky situation".

On April 16, Dr. Karen Dallas, Division of Hematopathology and Transfusion Medicine, presented at the UBC Continuing Professional Development event "Medical Disorders and Pregnancy".  Her lecture was entitled "Massive Transfusion Protocol".

Dr. Dan Holmes, Division of Clinical Chemistry, will be giving talks in Korea:
• on April 19 at the Severance Hospital entitled "Primary Aldosteronism: Five Years Experience Screening with Tandem Mass Spectrometry".
• on April 21 at the 2016 Cherry Blossom Symposium – 10th International Conference of Clinical Laboratory Automation entitled "Automated Sample Preparation and Data Workflow for Clinical Mass Spectrometry”.
